In the game
- Open Elderdawn and sign in, if you aren't already.
- Open your keeper profile from the home screen.
- Under Your account, choose Delete my account, then confirm.
By email
If you can't get into the game, email support@gonewronggaming.com with the subject "Delete my Elderdawn account". Send it from the email you sign in with, or include your keeper name and friend code. We'll confirm when it's done, within 30 days.
What happens
- Removed straight away: your sign-ins (Google, Apple, Steam or email), your keeper name, your friend code and your friends list. Open trades are cancelled.
- Removed after 30 days: your saved progress, dragons and items. We keep them that long only so support can help if the deletion was a mistake.
- Kept longer, only where the law needs it: records of real-money purchases, for tax.
Deleting your account can't be undone after the 30 days, and coins, gems and purchases on it are lost. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.
