Purchases in Elderdawn are made through the store you play on, and that store handles refunds. Here's where to go:
Steam
Steam refunds a game bought within the last 14 days and played for less than 2 hours, for any reason. Request it at help.steampowered.com. In-game purchases on Steam can be refunded within 48 hours if they haven't been used up.
iPhone and iPad
Apple handles refunds for the App Store. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
Android
Google handles refunds for Google Play. Within 48 hours you can request one in the Play Store app (Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Budget and history). After that, see Google's refund help.
Gems and items
Gems and items you have already spent or used can't usually be returned. If a purchase didn't arrive, or something went wrong because of a bug, email support@gonewronggaming.com with the date and what you bought, and we'll put it right.
These rules don't take away any refund rights you have by law where you live.
