Elderdawn

Terms of service

Last updated 15 October 2026

The short version

  • Play fair, be kind, and don't cheat or break the game.
  • Coins, gems, dragons and items are part of the game. They have no cash value and can't be sold for real money.
  • We keep improving the game, so things will change, including balance and prices.
  • If you break these rules we can suspend or close your account.

These terms are an agreement between you and Gone Wrong Gaming LLC ("we", "us") about Elderdawn, on any platform, and this website. By playing, you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you and agree for you. Our privacy policy explains what we keep about you.

1. Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in with Google, Apple, Steam or email. Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account: don't sell, share or trade accounts. Your keeper name must not be rude, hateful, or pretend to be someone else, and we may change a name that is.

2. Coins, gems and items

Dragon coins, gems, eggs, dragons, skins and other items ("game items") are a licence to use something inside the game, not property you own. They have no value outside Elderdawn and can't be exchanged for real money, sold, or traded outside the game's own trading. We may adjust game items, prices and balance to keep the game fair and fun. Purchases with real money are made through Steam, Apple or Google, under their terms; see our refund page.

3. Play fair

Don't:

If you do, we may remove game items gained unfairly, suspend your account for a time, or close it. We will tell you why when we can.

4. Our game and your licence

Elderdawn, its story, characters, dragons, art, music and code belong to Gone Wrong Gaming LLC or the people who license them to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play the game for fun, not for commercial use. You may share screenshots and videos of your play, including on streaming and video sites, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you.

5. Changes and early access

Elderdawn is still growing. We may add, change or remove features, modes and content, and parts of the game may be unavailable while we fix or update them. Online features need our servers; if we ever have to close Elderdawn for good, we will give at least 60 days' notice in the game.

6. No guarantees

We work hard to keep the game running well, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost progress from a bug, beyond the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

7. Disagreements

If something goes wrong, please email support@gonewronggaming.com first; most problems are solved quickly that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for big changes we'll tell players in the game first. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
